Northwest Water Supply has a zero tolerance policy in effect concerning tampering, vandalism, harassment and acts of violence in the work place or work locations. Meter Tampering occurs when individuals not employed or contracted by Northwest Water Supply open meter boxes, turn levers, remove locks or restrict access to meters and service lines. Tampering includes installing fences, parking cars, planting trees or changing pets near meters, pump houses, or service lines. Vandalism is considered as destruction of any locks, chains, meters or property belonging to Northwest Water Supply, Inc. Acts of Violence include communicating threats, physically assaulting, verbally abusing or harassing workers. These illegal actions will not be tolerated and the Sheriff will be notified.
