The amount of each bill is calculated based on the minimum of 2000 gallons at a flat rate of $13.50 and $6.75 for additional 1000 gallons.

Each member must pay the basic flat rate of $13.50 to maintain membership or to keep their meters located at rental properties. If an account is established and the monthly fee is not paid the meter is subject to removal and membership is subject to termination
